Position Overview: The Investment Associate will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep interest in healthcare, and prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
Assist in sourcing new deals through industry research, networking, and market mapping
Support transaction execution, including deal structuring, documentation, and coordination with advisors and management teams
Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, identifying areas for strategic and operational improvement
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for the Investment Committee
Collaborate closely with senior team members and portfolio company leadership to implement value-creation initiatives
Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skillsDemonstrated understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes
Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a small, entrepreneurial team environment
High level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail
