As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company initiatives. This is a hands‑on role ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, transaction experience, and a passion for building businesses in the real economy. Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee Support deal execution, including structuring, negotiations, and closing processes Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to implement strategic and operational initiatives Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships with intermediaries Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Demonstrated interest or experience in industrials, manufacturing, distribution, or infrastructure sectors Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
