Upstream Powertrain Energy/Calibration Development Specialist Location: 135500, Titu
What to expect:
The UPCDS in Automotive, will report to an activity manager and will perform the following actions:
For the Upstream (Amont) Phase of the Powertrain (Gasoline/Diesel/Hybrid engines) development process: o Expressing/definition of resources needed for the testing procedures; o Tests and test's preparation requests; o Delivery of (embedded) software calibrations o Delivery of test sheets (including in particular test results and the quantified achievement of deliveries/test results) for building of the necessary files/documents to pass the project milestones o Methodologies and Development Range V0
For the Downstream (Indus/Aval) Phase of the Powertrain (Gasoline/Diesel/Hybrid engines) development process: o Development Range and service planning applied/declined at project level, reporting, expressing/definition of resources needed for the testing procedures; o Tests and test's preparation requests; o Production and delivery of (embedded) software calibrations at the accepted level of confidence at the project milestones and in accordance with the descendants (COCA process). o Delivery of test sheets (including in particular test results and the quantified achievement of deliveries/test results) for building of the necessary files/documents to pass the project milestones o Feedback for the testing standards specific to the different professions
What you bring along:
The Upstream Powertrain Energy/Calibration Development Specialist (UPCDS) in Automotive is an engineer (degree in Transports Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar) with:
At least 2 years of experience
and technical background in Internal Combustion Engine Powertrain (Gasoline/Diesel/Hybrid engines) development; Good understanding of software architecture and EMS/AEMS processes; Knowledge of (embedded) software calibration in automotive; Knowledge computer programming languages basics; Knowledge project management basics; Electrical/electronic knowledge; Knowledge of R-EMS/A-EMS software Knowledge of the process (the milestones needed to be passed in order to develop a powertrain - V3P process); Knowledge of English language (French language knowledge is "nice to have"). \>
