Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with enterprise customers Build and deliver proofs-of-concept for AI/ML solutions (NLP, knowledge retrieval, conversational AI, integrations) Present to executives, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and own technical validation in deals Travel frequently to customer sites (20–40%) Requirements
5+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical program management Customer presence: able to lead technical discovery sessions, whiteboard architecture, and close technical validation Strong presence with CxO and technical stakeholders: RFP/RFI responses, CxO presentations, proof-of-concept ownership Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (20–40%) Preferred Qualifications
