We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Lead to drive growth and advocacy through customer stories, partner campaigns, and creative marketing strategy. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help build a modern developer AI brand from the ground up. This role will be intense. It will change, a lot. And if that excites you—not scares you—you’ll thrive here. You’re not inheriting a playbook. You’ll help write it. We’ll shape this role around the person who steps into it. If you’re great at finding customer stories and turning them into movement-driving content, we’ll support you in doing that. If you want to go deep on partner marketing or community activations, we’ll carve that out. The scope will stretch to match your ambition. You’ll have real agency and exposure. You’ll collaborate with our founding team and senior leadership. And you’ll be on the ground floor of a breakout product that’s reshaping how engineers work. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with our most engaged customers and partners to drive advocacy, joint content, and case studies Source and develop compelling customer stories to use across blog posts, sales collateral, and media outreach Lead co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including our MCP integration ecosystem Identify and activate developer champions across social media, events, and product communities Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, and product to bring customer and partner voices into key launches Shape the narrative around how professional engineering teams are adopting AI, and where Augment fits based on deep insight from customers Qualifications
5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ in customer marketing, partner marketing, or community marketing Strong technical curiosity and ability to connect with senior engineering and product audiences Proven ability to source and turn customer stories into powerful content Experience leading partner campaigns or managing developer-facing integrations a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills and bias toward action Extreme comfort working in ambiguity and proactively identifying high-impact opportunities Why Join Us
