Hours: Standard Business Hours (PST/EST)

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead AI/ML and cloud services sales in the Bay Area and New York regions. This role requires deep experience in new business development, enterprise sales, and the ability to drive go-to-market strategies for high-tech AI and data solutions.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of experience in sales and business development for software/services Proven experience in selling AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Transformation solutions Strong background in new logo acquisition and enterprise sales strategy Hands-on experience in service sales and building long-term client partnerships Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce and working with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or related field Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Must be located in Bay Area or New York

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales strategy and meet/exceed targets Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Identify and convert new business opportunities in AI, ML, and Cloud Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute GTM plans Deliver presentations and lead technical discussions with clients Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Attend industry events and generate qualified leads Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership

Candidates must have no gaps in education or recent employment Minimum 3+ years tenure at each past employer required for job stability This is an in-region role—only candidates from Bay Area or New York will be considered
