TES Administrative Support Associate – Gift Planning
Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a TES Admin Support Associate to provide administrative, financial, and general clerical support within an administrative department or program with responsibility for a broad variety of office support duties and tasks.
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in‑house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet staffing needs throughout the campus, typically for place‑of‑absence, peak workload, special projects or seasonal work.
Essential Functions
Preparing and proofing correspondence
Data management
Travel research, planning, reservations & appointments
Donor stewardship
Serve as a general point of contact
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in clerical or administrative support services

Salary Range $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
Work Hours 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
Location Auburn, Alabama
