HR Manager
We’re seeking an experienced and hands‑on HR Manager who combines strategic insight with genuine empathy and integrity to join our client's people‑first organization. The ideal candidate is an approachable communicator who builds trust across every level, from executives to warehouse teams, while ensuring compliance, fostering engagement, and guiding the company toward its goals with fairness and professionalism.
This role is fully onsite in Beaverton, Oregon with travel to other local locations in the Portland Metro Area 1–2 times per month.
Responsibilities
Lead all HR functions including recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and engagement across multiple locations.
Oversee benefits administration, 401(k), leave management, and payroll coordination.
Advise managers on performance, investigations, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work culture.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and programs that support growth and legal compliance.
Partner with leadership to drive retention, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
5+ years of HR management experience in multi‑site or fast‑paced environments.
Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and best HR practices.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP highly valued.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across diverse employee groups.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to travel locally as needed.
