The

Clinical Support Senior Analyst

is responsible for supporting DaVita’s clinical and infection prevention strategy through project management and analysis. This role will contribute to departmental and operational goals.

The Senior Analyst’s primary objective is to partner with diverse teams from around the enterprise to manage initiative timelines and produce analytical insights across a broad range of clinical initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manages the application of processes, methods, timelines or other to achieve specific project objectives (Project Management Methodology).

Creates, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboards related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, on a regular basis.

Creates cohesive presentations based on findings, summarizing insights from analysis.

Presents information accordingly.

Participates in various committees, subcommittees, workgroups, and initiatives.

Other duties as assigned.

Education And Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative fields such as biostatistics, statistics, informatics, computer science, or math strongly recommended.

3-5 years of prior relevant work experience preferred.

Healthcare experience preferred.

Proficiency or demonstrated ability to learn and develop proficiency in any of the following preferred: SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, Python, R, Power BI, etc.

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.

Advanced critical thinking, strong work ethic, creative mindset, adept communication skills, attention to detail, design-mindedness, flexibility with change, comfort with ambiguity, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and business acumen.

Travel Required: up to 10%.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative fields such as biostatistics, statistics, informatics, computer science, or math strongly recommended.
