Albany's corporate Finance team is seeking a Director of Investor Relations. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for directing communication activities between the organization and our financial stakeholders, implementing communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation and promote investor confidence, supporting Albany's financial and strategic goals. This position serves as the primary liaison between the company and its investors, analysts, and financial media, ensuring transparent, consistent, and strategic communication of the company's financial performance, business strategy, and market positioning.

Responsibilities & Key Areas

Plans investor outreach initiatives to strengthen relationships, promote engagement, and facilitate capital raising.

Investor Communications

Develop and manage all investor-facing communications, including earnings calls, investor presentations, press releases, and annual reports.

Manage the investor relations section of the corporate website and ensure timely updates.

Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and Q&A documents.

Strategic Messaging

Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and deliver a compelling investment narrative aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Provide strategic input to senior leadership on investor feedback and market perceptions.

Maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.

Market Intelligence

Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal strategy and messaging.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

Financial Disclosure

Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and other financial disclosure requirements. Partner with Legal and Finance teams to manage public filings and disclosures.

Event Planning

Organize and lead investor events such as roadshows, investor days, and conferences.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and compliance with SEC regulations and accurate public disclosures.

Remuneration & Benefits / Other

Location: Portsmouth, NH. Full‑time office, 9/80 Schedule

Week 1: Work 9 hours Mon‑Thu, 8 hours Fri. Week 2: Work 9 hours Mon‑Thu, Friday off

Albany's office core hours are: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.

Compensation: Will be structured to attract and retain the best possible candidate.

Please note: Due to the restricted nature of work, only US Citizens and US Persons (permanent residents) will be considered for this role. We cannot at this time sponsor employment visas.

Travel: Up to 50%

Shift: Day (9/80)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or investment banking.

Strong understanding of financial statements, markets, valuation methodologies, capital markets and public company reporting.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to build trust and credibility with investors and senior leadership.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Experience in a publicly traded company.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing.

Familiarity with SEC filings and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

Track record of successful investor engagement and capital markets strategy.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
