Job Title
Nurse Staffing Coordinator
Responsibilities
Ensure each unit is staffed according to California state guidelines.
Utilize the float pool and collaborate with the Nursing House Supervisor to determine units that require additional staff.
Perform detailed data entry using time‑keeping software, charge the correct cost centers, document sick calls, answer phones courteously, text staff to pick up open shifts, and maintain expiration forms while interfacing with family members and mortuary staff.
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred.
One to two years of clerical and office experience preferred.
