Summary As the Baltimore Orioles IPTV Content Specialist, you will lead the daily operation and content management of IPTV signage systems at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. You'll work directly with IPTV software platforms to ensure timely and accurate content delivery, and you'll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to help elevate the fan experience through dynamic digital storytelling and innovative signage.

Essential Functions

Oversee and coordinate the content distribution of digital signage assets across IPTV

Lead specialist of the CMS platforms which control IPTV signage systems

Schedule and upload creative content for IPTV systems, ensuring timely and accurate distribution

Collaborate with Levy to ensure menus are in working order and current

Coordinate with the Partnership team and other business operations departments to schedule and report on sponsored content

Continuously research new technologies and ideas to enhance fan experience and engage with counterparts at other venues to share best practices in digital signage

Maintain quality control and uphold technical standards for all content and visual layouts

Coordinate pre‑game with IPTV operators about scheduled content. Prepare and test new content pre‑event for quality control

Coordinate asset distribution with internal teams and external partners, and provide playback specifications to content creators

Partner with MSA and Game Presentation Control Room to create, track, and monitor issues

Work Orioles Home Games

Work Special Events as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills

A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

Knowledge of IPTV systems and video head‑end (Tripleplay preferred)

At least 1–2 years’ experience executing IPTV needs for corporate and private events

Possess working knowledge of video formats and codecs

Basic knowledge of various audio, video, and lighting systems and equipment as they pertain to live event production

Basic knowledge of networking concepts including management of IP addresses and networking new devices

Excellent written and oral communication, client service, and project management skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn required business systems

Must be very organized, flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment within firm production deadlines

Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays with flexible schedule

Salary The anticipated salary for this role is $75,000–$85,000 annually depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
