Project Manager!

Your work environment at EXP In this role, you will be a part of a talented team focusing on life sciences facility expansion projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Lead day‑to‑day project execution for design, construction, and commissioning phases in a regulated Life Science environment.

Manage schedule, budget, procurement, risk, and stakeholder coordination.

Provide technical leadership across engineering, CQV, facilities, and construction teams.

Oversee change management, design reviews, project forecasts, and vendor performance.

Engage with client leadership; ensure all work complies with GMP, GEP, and safety standards.

Prepare executive reports and ensure the project meets cost/schedule/quality targets.

What your experience looks like

10+ years in project management, preferably in biotech/pharma/life sciences.

Strong understanding of GMP, process systems, cleanrooms, utilities, and commissioning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and multi‑stakeholder coordination skills.

The pay range for this role is $120,000to $180,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
