Be our next Assistant Project Manager! Your work environment at EXP In this role, you will be a part of a talented team focusing on life sciences facility expansion projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Support the PM in managing project schedule, cost tracking, procurement, and daily coordination.

Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, submittal/RFI tracking, and vendor follow-ups.

Assist with design coordination, change orders, risk updates, and document reviews.

Support reporting, dashboards, look-ahead planning, and QA/QC documentation.

Coordinate between design teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.

What your experience looks like

3–5 years experience in construction/engineering; Life Science or cleanroom experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with GMP requirements or willingness to learn.

The pay range for this role is $90,000to $140,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
