Lead approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, and hold complete accountability for a $30–$50 MM P&L. Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the field management of assigned facilities to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, monitor division performance, and work closely with the Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies aligned with DaVita’s mission and values. Responsibilities
Build a 10–12 member leadership team and empower them to deliver quality, compliant patient care. Address top growth priorities, manage patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions. Achieve key metrics and outcomes for the inherited book of business. Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities. Meet labor budget targets. Analyze gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures; identify issues and implement solutions. Drive financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes. Maintain awareness of competition; proactively assess the related SWOT. Lead a socially responsible organization that exemplifies American healthcare leadership. Partner with field administrators to address employee and patient concerns and advance regional goals. Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in multi‑site operations. Experience leading a unified team. Track record of identifying and growing territory. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Available for moderate travel (25–50% overnight). Philosophies that align with DaVita’s core values. Ability to balance business success with patient and teammate satisfaction. Competitive spirit.
