Job Summary: The Inside Fuel Consultant will primarily focus on new business growth while managing a portfolio of C-level existing customers. This role will support new business growth through conversion of inbound leads to build their own portfolio of C-level customers or by qualifying and booking an appointment for an Outside Fuel Consultant to further nurture the lead. Lead generation activities will be supported by digital marketing initiatives and directed to strategic growth areas and ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives. The Inside Fuel Consultant may be required to participate in outbound call campaigns to further support new business growth targets. There is also an account management element to this role as the Inside Fuel Consultant is required to manage an existing portfolio of C-level customers. These duties can range from pricing to account setup, invoice inquiry and retention calls. Major Job Functions: Contacting a portfolio for Texas. Meet and exceed daily and monthly inbound and outbound activity targets Meet and exceed monthly and annual Existing Business threshold on existing business within their portfolio Contacts C customers to establish and maintain relationships via client care and sales calls and providing support as required. Focus on growing wallet size for C customers. Provide prompt telephone/email follow up to inbound leads from all sources and properly document and track results Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services. Study our value proposition as part of your sales presentation Adheres to 4Refuel sales process by maintaining an active sales pipeline for C accounts. Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge. Participate in ongoing improvements to call scripting, objection handling, client care and time management. Conduct outbound calls to support new business and/or account management targets. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required. Specific Skills: Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills Strategic sales capabilities which support selling to the C-Level of small businesses, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up environment Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture A technical aptitude Basic research skills required. Effective communication skills to provide beneficial recommendations to solve client related issues related to invoicing, pricing and service. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key external stakeholders. Excellent time and project management skills. Proven ability to build strong working relationships. Attention to detail in all areas of work. Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
