Create a superior customer service experience to maximize store growth, sales, and profitability. Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement. Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives. Manage store operations, including inventory, safety, cleanliness, and asset management. Support marketing programs and improve processes. Build customer relationships and ensure a positive store experience. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade courses preferred. Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket industry. Passion for customer care and relationship building. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory systems; ability to lift 60 lbs. Preferred Skills
Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership industries. Experience in retail, auto body, or fast-food management. Customer-centric mindset, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How. Benefits
