Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee K-12 educational projects with a focus on DSA compliance. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and team collaboration while ensuring that all designs meet the necessary architectural and educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of K-12 projects while ensuring compliance with DSA regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management within the K-12 educational sector. Experience with DSA processes and guidelines is essential. Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit. Licensure as an Architect (NCARB, AIA) is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
