SALES EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Lead business development by creating and nurturing client relationships: Develop excellent client relationships by creating memorable experiences for clients and visitors. Drive sales and care service teams to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain strong knowledge of boutique operations and assess local market opportunities to implement proactive sales strategies. Develop client strategies to foster genuine relationships and increase business. Collaborate on CRM efforts, including client outreach, data capture, and repurchase strategies. Lead networking activities and coordinate with PR for visiting stylists and press shoots. Develop Prestige Partnership strategies to boost sales and VIP client engagement. Support sales and service teams with escalated client issues to ensure optimal solutions. Partner with Boutique and Corporate Teams
Establish and monitor KPIs with boutique management. Collaborate across departments to communicate opportunities and needs. Manage boutique projects and operational expenses. Prepare sales reports and analyses for business development. Assist in daily boutique setup and breakdown. Team Development And Management
Motivate and support boutique staff. Conduct team meetings to communicate brand initiatives, targets, and industry news. Provide training, coaching, and performance reviews. Recruit talent and identify development opportunities. Be a Maison Ambassador
Uphold Cartier standards and project a professional image. Create a positive boutique environment through collaboration and savoir-faire. Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. 8-10 years management experience in luxury retail or hospitality. Experience managing direct reports. Availability for retail hours, travel, and client events. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative mindset. Customer service-oriented with attention to detail. We Offer – United States
