Manager, CEL Ecommerce Performance . This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida. Position Summary

The Lead, E-Commerce Performance Analytics will leverage data to drive the global growth of Celebrity Cruises by providing performance measurement and strategic analysis to influence priorities for the E-commerce and Marketing teams. This role will collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities, analyze results, and create reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership, providing actionable insights. Analyses may include business performance, promotional effectiveness, guest profiling, market planning, or business process improvements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Influence business decisions through analytics and identify actionable insights that inform our strategy. Communicate results effectively to cross-functional teams and department executives. Track Key Performance Indicators and revenue performance to support strategic planning. Collaborate with Revenue Management to identify opportunities and develop promotion campaign use cases. Forecast KPIs based on historical data and identify variances. Aggregate large datasets using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools. Create dashboards with advanced data visualization tools like Power BI for easy interpretation. Lead ad-hoc projects analyzing competitor marketing efforts. Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to Marketing Leadership. Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team as needed. Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar. MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience, preferably in digital, financial, or business intelligence analytics. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data visualization. Experience in travel/leisure hospitality is preferred. Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of eCommerce, operations, marketing, and finance principles. Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop solutions. Analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities. Ability to present complex data clearly using PowerPoint. Research skills to interpret market and competitor data. Results-driven with meticulous attention to data accuracy. Advanced technical skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint. We know there's a lot to consider.
