Program Manager 2025 Summer Program
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Amphenol is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world. The Company designs, manufactures, and markets electrical, electronic, and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems. The primary end markets for the Company's products are communications and information processing markets, including cable television, cellular telephone, data communication, and information processing systems; aerospace and military electronics; and automotive, rail, and other transportation and industrial applications. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team. The position will be located in Santa Clara, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you'll do:
Collaborate with Program Managers, sales, and engineering departments to ensure project completion and support business growth at key customers.
Log, track, and drive projects across internal cross-functional teams and externally with customers, adopting a strategic and organized approach.
Manage timelines to meet key milestones, including identifying, communicating, and mitigating obstacles or risks.
Coordinate with internal and external Program Managers to ensure project alignment.
Build account management skills by working with contract manufacturers and their supply chain post-launch to manage RFQ, forecast, award, and POs.
Manage escalations and expedite requests from contract manufacturers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Interest in electric vehicles, autonomous driving, and clean energy sectors.
SKILLS:
Opportunities to develop skills in:
Effective communication across engineering and managerial functions.
Organization and presentation skills.
Customer service and relationship building.
The hourly rate for this non-exempt position ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 USD. Pay rates consider geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and education. This position is temporary and ineligible for benefits.
