InterEx Group is on the hunt for a dynamic Associate VP of Recruitment to lead, scale, and grow our U.S. Contract & SOW division from our Miami office.

You’ll own and expand a high-performing team, drive revenue, and build partnerships across the U.S. in SAP, Salesforce, or Data contract markets. Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll have the autonomy to build, innovate, and lead with impact in one of the fastest-growing global recruitment firms.

What you’ll do:

• Lead & grow a top-performing Contract/SOW team
• Build strategic client partnerships across the U.S.
• Mentor consultants into high performers and future leaders

What we’re looking for:

• Proven IT contract recruitment leader (SAP, Salesforce, or Data)
• Strong track record in selling Contract & SOW solutions
• Commercially driven, people-focused, and ambitious
