This role involves identifying and building relationships with manufacturers in Illinois, assessing their needs, and promoting IMEC's consulting and training solutions for continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Analyze customer needs and identify suitable IMEC resources. Lead sales calls, deliver presentations, and generate leads. Coordinate sales efforts with technical experts, prepare proposals, and consult with manufacturers. Manage projects and subcontractors. Participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, engineering, technology, consulting, or business management. At least three years of manufacturing leadership experience. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and communicate effectively across organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications
