General Manager
will: Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service; Create personalized, engaging guest experiences; Provide comprehensive training in hospitality standards, service, guest engagement, and F&B education; Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and compliance; Develop a strategic cultural and culinary program with unique events and initiatives. We’re seeking candidates with: Senior management experience in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants; Proven ability to operate successful venues; Outstanding leadership skills to recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams; Extensive knowledge of French cuisine, luxury service, and hospitality standards; Exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for guest engagement; Fluency in French is required.
