Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
General Liability Defense Attorney
to provide legal representation and advice to clients. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of litigation strategies and be able to provide excellent legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients Identify legal issues and advise clients on the best course of action Prepare and submit court documents and motions Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel Draft legal documents Trials
Qualifications
Licensed California attorney 5+ years of general liability defense Experience in litigation and trial Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent research and writing skills
