Support the CRM team in developing and executing brand and product campaigns via email and SMS Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Growth Marketing Sr. Manager to create testing plans for segmentation and personalization Oversee ad hoc projects in conjunction with cross-functional partners and third-party agencies Conduct quality assurance on all email and SMS campaigns to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot technical issues Provide weekly reporting and assist with monthly and quarterly analysis as needed What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 3-5 years of email marketing experience 2-4 years of reporting and analytics experience Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Office Suite, and Email Service Providers (ESP) Basic HTML knowledge preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in an Email Service Provider, preferably Cordial Experience with SMS marketing Awareness of customer retention best practices and trends Highly analytical and metrics-driven marketing approach Excellent time management and project management skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
