What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the CRM team in executing brand and product campaigns through email and SMS communication
Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Growth Marketing Sr. Manager to develop testing plans for segmentation and personalization
Oversee ad hoc projects and facilitate day-to-day retention programs with cross-functional partners
QA all email and SMS campaigns to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot technical issues
Conduct weekly reporting and assist with monthly and quarterly analysis as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3-5 years of email marketing experience
2-4 years of experience in reporting and analytics
Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP), preferably Cordial
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SMS marketing
Awareness of customer retention best practices and trends
Basic HTML knowledge
Highly analytical and metrics-driven marketing skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
