Senior Investment Operations Associate – Wealth Management and Insurance Planning

The Senior Investment Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting our wealth management team in delivering seamless and efficient investment services to our high-net-worth clients. This individual will oversee daily investment operations including trade execution, cash reconciliation, performance reporting, and client servicing. The role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work directly with firm leadership and advisory teams.

Rebalance investment portfolios on ENV2 and NetX360 trade platforms.

Monitor investment policy alerts and asset class drifts daily.

Monitor daily cash flow to ensure deposit and withdrawal needs are met.

Prepare and process all investment account paperwork.

Generate account information, performance reports, and presentation materials for client and prospect meetings.

Assist clients with asset movements, including deposits, distributions,overs, and transfers.

Provide timely responses to client inquiries and internal team requests.

Maintain accurate client records with detailed notes at every touchpoint.

Communicate with the home office to supply or obtain information as needed.

Maintain compliant electronic client files with an audit-ready record of operational actions.

Complete continuing education and firm trainings to maintain proper licenses.

Qualifications

FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 65 and/or 66

licenses required.

Life, Accident, and Health Insurance

licenses preferred (must obtain within three months of hire).

5+ years’ experience in

investment operations or wealth management .

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Salary - $100,000-$120,000/year based on experience
