Community Health Center is looking to hire a Family Medicine Physician for Canton, Ohio (1 hour from Cleveland). The physician will have a big impact in the lives of patients by offering hope and help.

$230,000 - $250,000 / year base salary

Role
Location: Canton, OH (1 hour from Cleveland)
Monday-Friday – 8:00-4:30
Outpatient setting seeing 18-25 patients a day before no shows
Primary Care – Sick Visits, Medical Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc.
Family Medicine Physician will be seeing an underserved patient population
Call: 1:6 by Phone
EMR: E Clinical Works
Background Profile
Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
Eligible for OH Medical License
J1 / H1B Visa If Necessary
