Manager, Supply Chain and Operations – Onsite Austin, TX
Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company, is seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain, warehouse, and order fulfillment activities for a global medical device manufacturer.

What You Will Do
Lead and execute the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Build and manage a world‑class warehouse with best‑in‑class performance in cleanliness, organization, and productivity.
Drive Lean manufacturing principles across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards in all processes and documentation.
Oversee order management, forecasting, and fulfillment to deliver >98% on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance.
Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team committed to continuous improvement and accountability.
What You Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
Proven success transforming or managing a high‑performing warehouse operation.
Strong expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
