Senior Trial Attorney – Personal Injury & Catastrophic Injury

Base Salary:
$200,000 - $300,000 per year + bonus based on settlement and origination

Responsibilities
Managing cases from intake through trial
Developing litigation strategy, drafting motions, negotiating settlements
Taking and defending depositions, preparing for and trying cases
Working with dedicated paralegal and litigation support teams
Qualifications
5-10+ years of trial litigation experience
Strong courtroom presence and preference for trial-focused environment
Collaborative, people-focused culture with strong leadership and minimal micromanagement
Ability to work independently and support team wins
