Convey PermitFlow’s value in construction permitting to prospective customers. Work cross‑functionally with account executives to generate new business opportunities through technical prospecting and creative outreach methods. Execute personalized outbound outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Collaborate closely with peers and account executives in one of our four customer verticals: Residential Real‑Estate Developers, Commercial Real‑Estate Developers, Renewable Energy, or Home Services. Qualifications & Fit

1–3 years of selling/business development experience. Comfort speaking with C‑suite/Executive Leadership decision makers. Passion for networking, building relationships, and thriving in a team environment. Familiarity with modern CRMs (Salesforce) and sales tools (email automation, prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, and ability to prioritize competing demands. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In‑person hybrid role in New York City: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in our NYC office. Bonus Points
