District Operations Manager (Service) - Katy, TX
Job Summary: The District Operations Manager supports the District Manager in managing refreshment operations, driving financial performance, and ensuring superior customer service across the district.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
Ensure branch financial performance meets company and client objectives
Optimize operational productivity and develop accurate forecasts
Interpret and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines for consistent application
Assist with scheduling and coordination of new installations
Monitor compliance with service level agreements to optimize customer satisfaction
Strategic Support
Participate in the sales process and support National Account projects
Identify training needs for Customer Service Managers and coordinate development programs
Performance Management
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve district goals
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree and minimum of 3 years related experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data
Strong presentation and communication skills
Problem-solving ability in dynamic environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
