Description and Requirements
The Offering Manager for the Lenovo AI Management Platform (LAMP) is accountable for defining, developing, and managing Lenovo's next‑generation AI Agent Management Platform. This role leads the full lifecycle of the offering—from strategy and design through launch, sales enablement, and continuous evolution.
The Offering Manager will partner closely across Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), Solutions & Services Group (SSG), and strategic alliance partners such as NVIDIA, Microsoft, Red Hat, and OpenAI to deliver a secure, scalable, and high‑performance platform that empowers enterprises to build, deploy, and manage AI agents at scale across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities Offering Strategy & Development
Define the vision, roadmap, and business strategy for Lenovo’s AI Management Platform.
Identify customer and market needs for AI agent development, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
Translate requirements into differentiated platform capabilities, including:
Automated data ingestion and preparation pipelines
Agent creation, orchestration, and lifecycle management tools
Control planes and governance for responsible AI operation
Response quality assurance and trust frameworks
Real‑time analytics for agent monitoring and optimization
Advanced security and compliance across data and inference layers
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize capabilities optimized for Lenovo Hybrid AI servers and TruScale environments.
Alliance & Ecosystem Integration
Drive deep integration with key ecosystem partners (NVIDIA, Microsoft, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Red Hat, and others) to embed leading AI frameworks, APIs, and agentic development tools.
Establish interoperability and certification standards to ensure seamless deployment of AI agents across Lenovo’s infrastructure portfolio.
Align the platform architecture with Lenovo TruScale AI and Infrastructure‑as‑a‑Service (IaaS) delivery models to accelerate enterprise adoption.
Go‑to‑Market Enablement
Define compelling value propositions, use cases, and pricing models focused on AI agent creation and management.
Partner with marketing, sales, and partner enablement teams to develop go‑to‑market content, playbooks, and campaigns targeting AI builders and enterprise decision makers.
Support Lenovo’s field and partner organizations with sales training, competitive positioning, and technical enablement assets.
Lifecycle & Performance Management
Monitor and analyze platform adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial performance to inform continuous improvement.
Lead the end‑to‑end offering lifecycle, including roadmap updates, feature rollouts, and end‑of‑life planning.
Gather customer, partner, and field insights to evolve the platform in alignment with emerging agentic AI use cases, responsible AI principles, and market trends.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in AI, data, or software offering management, ideally within AI platform or agent development domains.
Deep understanding of AI model orchestration, agent frameworks, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and AI pipeline management tools.
Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex AI software or service offerings globally.
Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration, executive communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
Flexibility: This role offers the ability to work from home anywhere in the U.S. If you are near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection.
Base salary range: $175,000 – $220,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at
