Base pay range $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Summary of Position: Responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is received and entered into the system with 100% accuracy. Ensure merchandise is distributed according to store contractual obligations. Maintain an organized Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% accurate and timely receiving of all retail merchandise

Verify incoming shipments are correct

Correctly receive merchandise into Retail Pro system (ensure accurate costs and retails)

Ensure deli items meet the NPS markup guidelines

Correctly label all incoming merchandise

Correctly process all invoices for payment

Ensure all received items are correctly priced, meeting our markup structure

Receiving Log maintenance, ensuring up-to-date status of incoming shipments

Manage and maintain the warehouse, ensuring it is neat and organized, and easily accessible to other staff

Utilize reports in Retail Pro system to re-stock merchandise, collaborating with General Manager and Retail Manager to ensure accuracy

Ensure proper logistics of replenishment stock

Replenish store displays per existing layout, according to company standards

Package and ship all retail outgoing shipments

Understand ISO (Quality and Environmental) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas (such as cardboard reuse/recycling)

Actively foster a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork

Maintain job related confidentiality

Other duties per the Duties checklists and as assigned

Position Requirements:

Must respond well to a changing work environment

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts

Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision

Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and handle tasks involving frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Majority of shift will be spent on feet

Knowledge And Experience Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Six months warehouse experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred
