Our client in Cranbury, NJ is looking for a bilingual HR Generalist/Administrator. This is a Contract position looking to start ASAP!

Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist/Administrator to support our large-scale warehouse operations in Cranbury, NJ. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions, and fostering a positive work environment for a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.

Support recruitment efforts including onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems.

Administer benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions.

Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate safety and compliance training for warehouse staff.

Translate HR documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.

Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support staffing and operational needs.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent interaction with employees and supervisors.

Must be comfortable walking the warehouse floor and engaging with staff across shifts.
