Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing facility.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.

Facilitate new hire onboarding and conduct various HR-related training programs, such as safety, compliance, and skills development.

Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.

Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports for workforce analysis and compliance.

Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries and enrollment.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices, including OSHA compliance.

Demonstrated experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment for a diverse workforce, including hourly production and skilled trade roles.

Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and benefits administration.

Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish)

Familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems common in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos)

Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices
