Position Summary As the Operations Excellence (OX) Frontline Engagement Leader, you will implement and sustain the OX Playbook, ensuring food‑safety, quality, and workplace safety standards across the region. The role requires coaching bakery associates, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Position Responsibilities
Partner with bakery leadership to implement and execute the OX Playbook.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and devise actionable plans.
Coach associates at all levels in line with BBU Leadership Model and E5 Behaviors.
Gather feedback and suggest improvements to the OX Playbook.
Lead the organization toward a zero‑injury workplace, adhering to FDA, EPA, OSHA, and HACCP regulations.
Cultivate a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalism aligned with company values.
Enforce procedures in the Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Food Science, Baking Technology preferred).

Strong business acumen and data‑analysis skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Participative management style and excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes off‑shifts and weekends.
Travel up to 95% as a regional role.
