Job Summary:
Frazier & Deeter is currently seeking a Valuation Services Manager. This is a newly created role that will provide the selected individual with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Our professionals aim to help clients minimize tax liability while ensuring compliance with evolving tax laws. We offer services including consulting, compliance, stock option planning, international tax advice, and expert consultation on investments, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations. Responsibilities:
Design and work with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses. Perform business enterprise valuations, intellectual and intangible property valuations, business unit and asset impairment valuations, and stock option valuations across various industries. Conduct valuation analysis on privately-held and public entities, utilizing accepted approaches and theories. Gather data through direct client interaction and site visits. Prepare and present analysis results clearly and concisely. Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications for current and prospective clients. Perform in-depth research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors. Serve as a key resource for other firm practices including tax, audit, and advisory services. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a concentration in Finance), or MBA from an accredited institution. At least 5 years of experience in business valuation projects for financial reporting, tax compliance, litigation, and related areas; valuing intangible assets, stock options, and using models like DCF, Monte Carlo, PWERM, Black-Scholes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with corporate executives, lawyers, and decision-makers. Leadership experience and integrity. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to rapid changes in a team environment. Experience supervising, training, and reviewing staff work. Additional Details:
