Piper Maddox has been retained on a Tax Manager opportunity in Nevada. You will be responsible for all areas of corporate tax compliance, as well as consolidating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate taxation reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws. Responsibilities Perform tax research Prepare and review tax returns Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate Oversee all areas of corporate tax compliance Prepare for and lead tax audits Managing junior team members Consolidating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate taxation reporting Data analysis – prepare and analyze fluctuation reports for tax data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of professional tax experience Energy, Power, or other highly regulated industry experience Strong communication and analytical skills Compensation
Base pay range:
$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Additional compensation types:
