The Senior Compensation and Benefits Consultant will provide day-to-day consultation services to HR and management regarding compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include implementing programs, managing compliance, conducting audits, and designing compensation and benefit plans. Pay Range
Base pay range: $79,289.60/yr - $132,163.20/yr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (required); advanced degree preferred. At least 5 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience. Key Responsibilities
Advise management and HR on compensation issues. Administer and ensure compliance of compensation and benefits programs. Lead or participate in program implementations and projects. Manage compensation and benefits systems and documentation. Ensure legal compliance and manage federal reporting. Develop communication strategies and materials for benefits programs. Participate in process improvements and audits. Additional Responsibilities
Support union negotiations and visa requests. Coordinate health fairs and strategic initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes. Location and Schedule
Location: Maryland-Silver Spring, Inventa Towers Work Schedule: Variable, as needed Employment Details
