This role supports clients with various accounting and finance tasks, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, SEC reporting, and resolving complex accounting issues. Key Responsibilities
Function in roles such as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously Prepare accounting reports and lead ad hoc projects Oversee all aspects of financial closings Perform due diligence procedures and assist with SEC reporting Implement new accounting standards like ASC606 and ASC842 Perform other duties as required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; Master’s preferred 10+ years of relevant experience Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) Experience with public, private, or private equity companies Advanced MS Excel skills preferred Certifications
CPA preferred Skills and Abilities
Technical skills appropriate to experience level Professionalism under pressure Team player with strong communication skills Ability to travel at least 50% Additional Information
