This role is responsible for supporting clients with various tasks within the accounting and finance functions. Job Responsibilities
Function as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports Lead and participate in ad hoc projects Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Perform due diligence procedures for clients Assist clients with SEC Reporting Resolve complex accounting issues and support implementation of new accounting standards such as ASC606 and ASC842 Perform other duties as required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred Minimum of 10 years related experience Experience with public, private, or private equity companies Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP Experience in professional services industry and public accounting preferred Advanced MS Excel skills preferred CPA certification preferred Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel required Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills Ability to travel at least 50%, preferred Additional Information
Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., California: $75-$105/hr, Colorado: $75-$105/hr, etc. Individual salaries are determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. About Us
