Chief Systems Engineer

to lead advancements in remote sensing capabilities. This role involves managing and innovating infrastructure supporting the Strategic Missile Warning Ground Acquisition Delta's Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) mission. This position is contingent upon contract award and may require a signed letter of intent. If awarded, a subsequent posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Contribute to a mission-critical initiative for national security. Work within an advanced, collaborative environment utilizing state-of-the-art computing infrastructure across multiple data classification levels. Drive innovation in Remote Sensing data applications using AI/ML, data fusion, and automation technologies. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to foster a cohesive and innovative team culture. Oversee systems engineering efforts supporting the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF. Define and execute technical requirements, translating them into innovative solutions. Conduct systems engineering trade studies to evaluate technology investments. Maintain an Integration Roadmap for BGIF tenants to optimize activities, investments, and upgrades, managing lifecycle costs. Explore emerging technologies and recommend strategic actions to ensure technological leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, including 5 years in software development, testing, and integration within DoD or national security environments. A master's degree in engineering, Science, Technology Management, Information Technology, or related field. Proven leadership in project management, systems engineering, and stakeholder collaboration. Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Expected Pay Range:

$130,000 to $195,000 per year
