We are seeking Model Based Systems Engineers (MBSE) II to develop models, architectural products, and digital artifacts for systems or System of-Systems (SoS), supporting assured Command and Control capabilities within the Navy Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR). Responsibilities: Apply modeling techniques to support requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Manage information and resources to meet digital thread objectives, fostering a model-based culture within the organization. Support the creation of a digital thread across engineering disciplines using model data support. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, operations research, or related sciences involving advanced math skills. Minimum of four years of professional experience in Model Based Systems Engineering. Experience with collaborative MBSE/digital environments such as MagicDraw/Cameo, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Rational Rhapsody, or System Architect. Knowledge of DoDAF/UAF architecture frameworks. Experience supporting enterprise architecture development and data structure support for MBSE, including integration with current data models and tools. Experience with cybersecurity implementation across acquisition lifecycle phases, including risk mitigation and cybersecurity readiness. Proven ability to develop technical reports, analysis, briefings, and meeting documentation related to systems engineering and cybersecurity. Experience in tracking and documenting cybersecurity evaluations during acquisition phases. Security Clearance:
