Position Purpose Seeking talented professionals to join our eCommerce & Digital Operations team as a Digital Analyst - Content Data, Product Data & Catalog. This role is crucial for managing accurate catalog data that supports Technology, Finance, Category Management, Merchandising, and Customer Experience. The analyst will own product and vehicle fitment data, supporting system design and process improvements to ensure top-tier data quality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow into and out of core systems. Enhance customer experience by leveraging data insights and articulating decision rationales. Manage product data, digital assets, and content within GPC PIM, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Serve as the primary contact with Supplier Partners for onboarding and information exchange. Train manufacturers to update product information and conduct quality audits to maintain industry standards. Address discrepancies and continuously improve data governance and quality processes. Location Choose between Duluth or Atlanta office locations. Flexible work policy allows hybrid remote schedules. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, data science, or related field. At least 1 year (4+ preferred) in data management or governance, preferably in retail or automotive. Experience with data platforms like STIBO/STEP, Data Governance, MDM, and Data Catalog. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills to interpret and convey data insights effectively.
