The Role As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for software development, integration, customization, and support within an agile team. You will work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Responsibilities: Code, configure, debug, test, and document application enhancements. Support development of user guides for new projects and enhancements. Analyze, debug, revise existing application logic, and update documentation. Assist database developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure data integrity, security, and privacy. Adhere to SDLC policies, standards, and best practices in Agile development. Requirements: Hands-on experience with Appian BPM applications (18x/19x/20x), including SAIL, Records, Sites, Actions, Security, and integrations. Ability to leverage Appian documentation and community for prototyping. At least 5 years of UI development experience in Appian. Experience with end-to-end Appian BPM implementations. Knowledge of BPM solutions for process and case management. Expertise in Appian product features and architecture. Experience with Appian components like Tempo, Forums, Plugins, Smart Services, Reports, and Deployment. Proficiency in business integration and human task management with Appian 18+. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and independent work skills. Experience with database design and CI/CD pipelines in Appian. What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits.
