A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Appian Developer. Position type:

12 months (with high possibilities of extension) Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Responsibilities
Position is for an Appian UI Developer who will be responsible for software development, integration, customization, and support. The individual will be working with other members of an agile team and will be responsible for new development. Team members are expected to work closely with analysts and the line of business to understand new requirements and to deliver. The ideal candidate will be Appian developer, with experience in delivering EFR daily and BCGRS governed RDA reporting. Take requirements and break them into work units in order to deliver Appian solution in the context of a larger application Hands-on development on Appian (18x/19x/20x) BPM applications, including SAIL code, with good understanding of Appian Objects (Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.) Leverage Appian technical documentation and community to build prototypes as required Code, configure, debug, unit test, integration test and document application enhancements Support the development of user guides for new projects and enhancements Analyze, debug and revise existing application logic and update documentation as necessary Assist database developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure data integrity, consistency, security and privacy Adhere to SDLC and Agile practices in application development, documentation, and maintenance At least 5 years of Appian UI hands-on experience in development, configuration, debug, unit test and documentation; experience on end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementations Expertise in BPM solutions design for process simplification, case management and role-based applications Knowledge of Appian product features (BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Designer Features, Appian Configurations) Experience with Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment Experience in business integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18+ versions Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis on production issues, and work independently on assignments Experience with database design Identify and articulate risks during development and deployment Coordinate and communicate with various teams with strong communication skills Experience using CI/CD pipelines for Appian Qualifications
