Platform Solutions We build and embed cloud-based, developer-centric financial products and services in our clients' ecosystems to help them better serve their own clients and customers. The Goldman Sachs credit card business is seeking a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about world class products and experiences. In this role, you will establish meaningful relationships with retail leaders within an assigned territory to drive excitement and engagement with the credit card program. As the primary point of contact for a set of General Motors dealerships, your ability to build entrenched relationships with business owners and key decision makers throughout the organization will be key to driving program adoption. You will work directly with General Motors dealership leaders, General Motors field teams, and key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Compliance, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for consumers and dealership employees related to the card program, by ensuring regional strategies are effectively rolled out to dealerships. As part of this, you will be responsible for all activities related to product adoption, including product presentation, dealership training, and dealer performance. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and serve as an advocate for our retail partner. They will be innovative, highly organized and have a measurable, demonstrated ability to drive business results while delivering superior service. The candidate will manage clients located within their territory, with the expectation of 75% of the time in- dealer and overnight travel as needed. Responsibilities: Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for credit card products with key decisions makers at each dealer location Work with dealership leaders to understand day to day operations, top challenges and pain points to understand how we can deliver the greatest value to the partner and their customers Refine and implement card sales models for each dealership, from the ground up, by observing and sharing best practices in support of broader sales strategy and customer experience Collect and share customer insights and learn about market trends to help retailer understand purchasing needs and behavior of customers Partner with Marketing on the execution of in dealer marketing and customer experience programs Work closely with internal business partners and teammates to drive cohesion and operational excellence Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Military experience At least 3 years of experience in a client facing role in either B2B sales or financial services Superior relationship building, consulting, and closing skills Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems Extensive travel required (75% of the time in-sore and overnight travel as needed) Preferred Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a client facing role At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry Salary Range The expected base salary for this Seattle, Washington, United States-based position is $75000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
