About this Opportunity: As a member of the General Motors (GM) Card team, you will work closely with the business lead for GM Consumer Card Portfolio Strategy and Growth. You will join the team focused on managing the health of the existing consumer card portfolio. The team is responsible for strategy development to deepen engagement, drive growth, and advance the customer satisfaction. The role will leverage disparate data sources to analyze and provide actionable insights supporting business decisions, which will require intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Lead portfolio analyses including identifying issues, creating hypotheses, executing the analysis and translating data into meaningful insights and actions Work with cross functional teams and the partner to identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and develop customer offers to deliver ROI-positive results Support the planning and execution of engagement marketing campaigns as well as the analysis of campaign performance Assist in the design, development, evaluation and monitoring of test and learn strategies to improve customer engagement and profitability Responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of customer surveys to identify gaps across the customer journeys and experience that impact customer satisfaction to inform strategy and the product roadmap Carry out industry and benchmarking analyses for the tracking of the competitive environment and define strategies to help gain market/wallet share Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing or Analytics role with Consumer Credit Card product Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, computer science or related discipline Effective communicator who will present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact Project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines, and have the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities Desire to learn and be part of developing new ways of doing business in the credit card space Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects About Goldman Sachs: At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
